It is as simple as sending the downloaded audio file via email, at which time you can provide any specific instructions you may have. Alternatively, we can set up a shared Dropbox folder for clients to upload audio files or precedents/templates.

Q. What audio format can you transcribe?

We can transcribe from formats such as MP3, MP4, WMA, WAV, DSS, AVI, CD, DVD etc. If you have a non-standard audio format please feel free to contact us and we can discuss possible options.

Q. How are my transcripts / typed documents returned?

We can either email the completed transcript in Word format, or we can upload the document via a Dropbox Shared Folder, personally set up for the client, which is an excellent option especially if it is a large file.

Q. What are your charges and rates? I am unable locate any costings on your website.
